At Virtuset ("we", "us"), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our AI Art Generation application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Data

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user identities. Depending on your sign-in method, we may store:

• User ID (Anonymous or linked to Apple/Google)
• Email address (if provided)
• Authentication tokens

B. User Content (Images & Prompts)

To provide the service, we collect:

• Text Prompts: The text descriptions you enter.
• Reference Photos: The profile photo you upload to guide the AI generation.
• Generated Images: The resulting artwork created by the AI.

C. Usage Data

We collect anonymous technical data (device type, crash logs) to improve App stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Reference Photos: Your uploaded photo is sent securely to our cloud servers (Google Cloud Platform) and processed by the AI model (Gemini) solely to generate your requested image. It is not used to train public AI models.
• History: We store your generated images in Firebase Storage so you can view your gallery across devices.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the App:

• Google Firebase: For database, storage, and authentication infrastructure.
• Google Gemini API: For image generation processing.
• RevenueCat: For processing subscription status and purchase history.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You have full control:

• You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the App's settings.
• Upon deletion, your User ID, database records, and all stored images (uploaded and generated) are permanently removed from our servers immediately.

5. Children's Privacy

Virtuset is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Images stored in the cloud are protected by strict access rules ensuring only you can view your content.
